Today, members from the Verona Rescue Squad in conjunction with University Hospital EMS, Montclair Fire Deptartment, and the Essex County Sheriff Dept. assisted in the setup of a temporary care shelter outside Mountainside and University Hospital. Verona Rescue Squad works alongside the Essex County Office of Emergency Management to ensure to continued health and safety in Verona and surrounding communities.
